Khandakar Mujahidul Islam is contributing GNOME community by doing
localization in Bengali/Bangla since 2003. Recently he has updated
Bengali translations for GNOME 2.14 which can be found in the CVS and
currently working on the upcoming release.

I recommend to grant him as a foundation member.
