I'll update it now.
Also I want to ask something about membership committee members votes.
Should we vote, or can we? From my point of view since membership
committee is responsible for counting votes and stuff we shouldn't but
don't know the policy over this.

Hi guys,
Here's the announce that we'll send for the referendum. I'll try to
update the foundation website tomorrow, but if someone can do it before,
then it's better :-)

The GNOME Foundation Membership & Elections Committee is proud to
announce the beginning of the Reducing Board Size Referendum. You can
find some context information about this referendum at
http://mail.gnome.org/archives/foundation-list/2005-September/msg00082.html
Who can vote?
-------------
To be able to vote, you need to be a member of the GNOME Foundation and
your membership needs to be valid at least until the end of the
referendum. For example, a member whose membership ends on October 31th
2005 won't be able to vote for the referendum.
If you're not a member of the GNOME Foundation or if you need to renew
your membership, you have to apply at
http://foundation.gnome.org/membership/application.php before October
21th 2005 (23:59 UTC).
If you have applied before this date and if you are accepted, then you
will be able to vote for this referendum.
