        I guess you'll get flooded with mail about this; and I imagine it's not
your fault but:

        This 2nd link doesn't work - gives some access denied error.

        Word on the ground suggests that:

        is the correct URI; however:

        I entered just the easy bits; name/e-mail etc. as it suggests above;
and it moaned at me thusly:

 *  Please enter a list of areas of GNOME to which you have made a non-
trivial contribution.
  * Please enter a list of individuals who can confirm your
    contributions or indicate us how the membership committee can verify
    your contributions.

> Please note that if you want to be able to vote in the upcoming
> referendum, you should send your renewal application before September
