OK - thanks for the instructions - I sent out mails to the 121 members.
However, there were quite a few bounces (I'll post them to the
membership committee list in a separate mail), and for some reason,
ssmtp rewrote the "From" part of the mails to Sayamindu Dasgupta

Apart from the above two glitches, I think we have been able to complete
the job.

OK - will complete that within the weekend (the mobo capacitors of my
main box went kaput, so things will be a little slow as I move files
around).
Do we follow the same renewal policy as outlined in:

Yes, it will be enough (you can add a line at the end of the
applications/approved/member_name file with "renewed on date", but it's
not necessary).
