Hrm, I was using the script to generate a list of registered voters [as
an easy shortcut to replacing the 2003/voters.wml ugly format], and
meant to change it back.

Okay, let's do it before the site goes live - since we're already
'breaking' the links with the new structure. Feel free to make any
changes necessary making sure that the htaccess links are right, for
compatibility.
