Hi Andy,

        Thanks for the corrections!
        I read the procedure.txt, there was no mentioned of membership_new.txt
        that was why I didn't make entries into this file. What is the
        difference between membership.txt and membership_new.txt ?
        
        Oops, I forgot to put something into ChnageLog.
        
        I will update these now.
        
        BTW, I have decided even before getting the board recommendation to
        approve these two apps because they rather straight forward applicants.
        :)
