Hi,
        I think we should move on from this point. Since Miguel has
        provided lots of Elliot Lee infromation. I think Miguel should fill
        in the information and let us process the membership applications
        accordingly and get on th election matters.
        
        I also like the answer to Vincent's question in the other e-mail
        is 'the membership committee has to accept every well-formed renewal
        application' a good interpretation of the guidelines ?
        Is this another way of interpreting the new guidelines.
