Preparation for the GNOME Foundation elections

Dear board,

The membership committee is preparing the elections. We were wondering
if you have some questions for the future candidates. Last year, Dan
Mueth had 10 questions for all candidates. This is something really
important to help the members choose the candidates they will vote for.
For this reason, we need to carefully think about these questions.

Another point that has to be settled is the number of board seats. From
the charter: 'Prior to each election, the board of directors shall
determine the number of board seats for the next year.' Is this number
already determined or is it something to do ?
