Feature request: Be able to ignore common differences in directory compares

Hi!  Love meld!

When comparing large directory trees (e.g. old vs new software source
distributions) it would be nice to be able to ignore all the files whose
only difference is 'version 1.2' vs '1.3', or 'copyright 2016' vs
'2017', etc. Or mark them differently in the tree view.

Well, I think it's a brilliant idea :-)
