I'm not aware of any problems like this at the moment.

Is there anything printed on the command line when you hit this
problem? What version of Meld/GTK+/etc.?

cheers,
Kai

Hi,

As replied earlier by separate email:

I have
debian 8.3
Linux version 3.16.0-4-amd64
xfce 4.10
Python 2.7.9
meld 3.12.1

I'm not too sure about gtk+, I see

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gtk-3.0
and
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/gtk-2.0

on the system.

Below is what I see in my terminal, but it is badly correlated to the
close time.

Kind regards,
Martien
