vc integration for windows

Hi Kai,

I am very interested in working integrating version control in meld for windows. I have looked for the vc-patch from cygwin, but I wasn't sure exactly which file I was looking for.

Can you point to me which modules, and which lines in meld I should be looking for, and what libraries need to ported to Windows?
