There's a non-null probability that meld/trunk/vc/cvs.py Vc.PATCH_INDEX_RE
needs modification too.

svn (amongst 7 others, as Stephen pointed out) is supported and works OK.
It's probably the most tested by meld devs, as meld source code is managed
by svn.
