Hi,
I've just started using meld, and it seems very nice. I have one UI feature request. Currently, if a block from file1 was changed to block from file2, and the blocks have different number of lines, the center bar show diagonal lines, and the left scroll bar behaves differently from the right scroll bar. I'd prefer behavior similar to ExamDiff (
www.examdiff.com), which is to take the longer block as the deciding block, and adding blank space below the shorter block, to make the files have similar height. See attached screen shot (and look for, for example, line 54 in the left panel). Is there any way to get such behavior in Meld?
Thanks,
Yuval
P.S: I'm not registered to the mailing list, so please reply (also) to me.
