cvs access

i am sure it is just a time issue and with reading the errors everyone
can easily correct the cvs co command, but for the copy and paste fans

it is now

cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anoncvs cvs savannah gnu org:/cvsroot/mc co mc

pserver instead of ext
@cvs.savan... isstead of @sava....

please update the website
