mc+ACL

Hello,

Short question - does MC support ACL's?
I tested the configuration, and possibly it does not, because when I try to run
MC as the user who has full rights to his home folder (set by acl)
(test is a name of a user,and name of his home)

drwxrwx---+ 4 root  root   4096 Dec 29 11:50 test

 $ getfacl test
# file: test
# owner: root
# group: root
user::rwx
user:test:rwx
group::---
mask::rwx
other::---
default:user::rwx
default:user:test:rwx
default:group::---
default:mask::rwx
default:other::---

when I run MC it shows

Directory /home/users/smpusr/test/tmp/mc-test is not owned by you
Temporary files will be created in /home/users/smpusr/test//tmp
Press any key to continue...

but everything works fine,

maybe there is a patch for acl support?
