    In order UTF-8 to function properly with "enable-charset" one has to
select "Full 8 bits input" under "Display bits" under "Options". If this is
not done then pasting Cyrillic text in the editor invokes control functions
instead.
    In all the cases (bg_BG.UTF-8 / bg_BG.CP1251) the shortcut keys in the
menu do not work with translated items (maybe a translation problem). The
untranslated menu items are not affected.
    Search and sort functions work fine too ('A' is sorted after 'a'). The
Cryilic alphabet is sorted before the latin if the locale is BG and after
it when EN (is this correct?). I mean 'A' < 'Ð'(cyr) with LANG=en_EN.UTF-8
and 'A' > 'Ð'(cyr) with LANG=bg_BG.UTF-8.
    With LANG=bg_BG.CP1251 'A' > 'Ð'(cyr) which I tought is wrong, isn't it?
    With LANG=bg_BG.CP1251 'a' < 'A' which I tought is wrong too, isn't it?
Wasn't it supposed to be '@' < 'A' < 'B' < 'C' ... 'a' < 'b' < .. with
en_US.iso88591 too (or changing the UTF sort order they also changed the
sort order for the old code pages with 256 characters only)?
