User modifiable menu in mcedit? - II

Thanks Pavel and Peter for responding.
But I still cannot find a user modifiable menu in
MCEDIT. Not in mc. I know about F2 and the user
menu file when you are in mc. But now I am
editing and I want a menu to pop up with my
things in it when I am in the mcedit session.
Specifically I want to go to different vc's with
the mouse, since that is what I got in my hand.
