Please consider readers of the list as "stateless" across threads.  Not
everybody will look up in the archives what version of MC and GNOME you
are running.

They are in the sources, in the directory "doc-gnome".  They should be 
installed.

It's better if you describe just one situation when it happens and
describe it in details.  It's a general suggestion.
