GNOME partnering Open World Forum

Hi all,

For the past few months, I've been working a lot on co-ordinating
content and getting speakers for the Open World Forum (3rd edition) in
Paris at the end of September. Stormy is also on the international
programme committee. The new site is now online, and because of my
involvement, I asked that GNOME be listed as a partner organisation of
the conference.
