If a native English speaker could improve it would be great. That document should be filed as a reference for future orientation and aims mainly to general actions and possible benefits GNOME can have. I'm attaching on this email the original document so that if anyone wants to fix my english, please do so. This document is not for public release, therefore, it's not very important.
