sad to hear that the American box was stolen.

Regarding the size of the box: We could send a lot of flyers to
Openismus, and they would refill the box with flyers as needed or send
them out seperately as requested by the organizers (if they are ok with
the additional work required ;).

Let's start with monitoring the European event box schedule. From the
link you posted earlier, I can see that Murray gets mail, when someone
changes the wiki page. Maybe we can set something up for the marketing
list as a whole. That way, the marketing list would be notified, if a
new event was added. Unfortunately, I don't know how this could be done,
because I'm not a MoinMoin expert.

I see that the next event seems to be FrOSCon in late July. Any chance,
that we'd have something to offer by then?

How to cover the smaller events is a tough question. If there was a page
somewhere on the wiki for event organization, we could add the offer to
send out marketing material. We could also make a post on Planet to
announce that we send out marketing material to event organizers. We can
combine this with the regular FoG posts (the message would be: We
created nice FoG flyers for events. Ping us, if you organize an event.
And btw: Consider to donate now).

Of course, we would also need to work on compiling a set of flyers and
marketing materials for FoG and GNOME in general as Stormy suggested.

Stormy, is there some kind of overview about the various marketing
material (e.g. flyers, etc.) that exists today? So far I'm only aware of
the flyer for potential sponsors.

Cheers!

:-) Patrick
