The bad/good thin g is that we don't even have time to discuss.

We can let Gervais deliver a draft. If it's convincing we take it as
it is and make possible iprovements on it. If we feel it's missing
something we split it into pieces getting something like
http://www.blender.org/development/release-logs/blender-243/

Whatever we do, we will have 24h or so to execute it (providing that
Gervais delivers the draft tonight).
