OK, do these pages contain the absolutely final text (prior to
proofing)?   The only reason I ask is that the images are not inserted.

If so, how do you want the changes to be made?  Shall we edit the pages
directly, or send proposed changes to someone (you, Claus) ?

The wiki has an option "Render as Docbook".  Is this not sufficient?

I am ready to start proofing as soon as I hear a "go ahead" from
someone.
