indeed as you say, i think the "What's New for Users" page is the most
important page for new users to see, but it's hidden behind lots of text

If somehow for 2.14 such a page could be listed on the start/2.14/ page
under a heading of "new features" or "Look and See" or something more
eye catching. I think it will help new people get interested in GNOME,
because in my opinion when people are looking at something they heard
about they won't actually be reading the text, more looking at the
pictures and the headlines.
