If you don't need to hack the LSR core, you don't need to run
LSRMain.py from the source distribution. You want to run "lsr" which
will use the profiles and extensions that were configured at install
time.

Can I just clarify that 'core' is everything you get out of the box
including supplied extensions? In other words non-core means *new*
user defined perks. monitors and devices which get developed in users
home as per the Gaim Tutorial? Supplied extensions are maintained as
core?
