Any active LibSoup maintainers who can merge/review code?

Hey list,

I have fixed(?) two issues but I can't get any feedback from the people
on the ticket. These issues are blocking the use of SoupCache in
GStreamer, something I would love to see available for everyone (and not
just those that have the time to maintain custom builds)

Are both fixed in my fork on GitHub, and you can see my comments in the
bugtracker regard questions/instructions around it. If anyone has any
suggestions on what I can do to get guidance on getting these merged I
would really appreciate it.
