Libsoup and GNOME3

Hi Dan and others,

Just wanted to ask a quick question about the future of libsoup. As it
is now it still requires GTK2 via libproxy. Were there any talks about
moving to the GNOME3 stack? This would also require
system_http_proxy.schemas to be available in gsettings somewhere..
