Gee Collection OR AbstractCollection What to implement?

I'm implementing Gee.Collection on a Gda DataModel, but exists
AbstractCollection and they are slightly different. Could any body
tell me witch is better to implement?

I see that AbstractCollection requires a Collection in functions, then
