Web page updates

Hi,

I made a few updates of the libchamplain's web page. Apart from
killing dead links, adding new links, a few changes of wording, I have
also reorganized the top menu a bit and added the "reference" entry:

(+ added the example showing how easy to use libchamplain is. Some
marketing is necessary.) So from now on the reference manual will be
available from the libchamplain's main page, so I removed the link to
the outdated reference manual from the wiki page (+ removed the old
schedule and changed the formatting a bit).

If anyone feels there is some information missing on the web page or
has some ideas for improvements, please tell me.
