Hi All, 

As you saw, the Board gave us the go ahead for holding LAS GNOME this year. I've started to create a plan for next steps here: Master Logistics | LAS GNOME 2017. Please take a look!

I've pasted the most immediate next steps below. Since the conference is so close, I propose we do weekly meetings. Does our usual time on Fridays at 17:00 UTC work for this week? Basically, most of us would stay on after the Engagement call on Fridays (although I do have to send out a framadate at some point to see if those need to move).
