One last thing, we have till the 15th to determine the drinks situation.. once I have the updated budgets, we can determine whether drinks is going to happen or not.  At the very minimum, I will see if we can get the venue to provide drinks/coffee on teh day of Guy's talk since Collabora wants to pay for that anyways.  I have already gotten a quote for croissants.

We need to come up with a final tally of registered people by Wednesday so that we can do all the catering orders at least for Collabora.

I'm not really happy about the $389 price tag as I feel that is high for just a 3 hour window.   I am going to see if I can negotiate this down if I can.  I would prefer we only pay $100 or so.

I will have our budget numbers out later today.
