To be fair, Collabora did approach us to sponsor LAS GNOME two weeks ago. We have only 17 days left til the conference, and we can also use all the word-of-mouth we can get.

I think that making an exception works, but it should be an exception. We need to make sure that companies come through with their payments. Cosimo, do you know when they expect to make payment? Zana sent Mark the invoice two days ago.

I think it would be an appropriate and courteous gesture to add their logo even if we haven't yet received a payment, since it's a trusted company and we want in general to help and be generous with those who support us.
