Re: las-gnome Yocto Project in for $500 sponsorship Fwd: LAS GNOME sponsorship

Just to clarify, looking at all the titles and companies listed in the email from Jefro, is this invoice to Yocto? Intel? Linux Foundation? In the future, we may want a simple one-page contract filled out from the companies just so we know exactly what the invoice should say.

Thanks,
Rosanna

Great! I added this to the list of invoices for Zana to invoice. (@Zana, you're going to be busy! Let us know what else you need from us)

We have sponsorship from Yocto Project! :)  They would like to send some collateral so we will need to figure out how to organize that.

Yocto is the underlying technology for OSTree.  We are literally spreading their technology everywhere.

Your patience is rewarded J  I met with the Yocto Project finance director this morning and got authorization for 500. I’d love to send some Yocto Project collateral as well, although I may need to print it first.

I’m guessing there is no way to just put this on AMEX, so I’ll work with LF to send a check. Where & to whom?

Hey Jefro!

Hope you are doing well.  The window is closing soon on sponsorship, I want to be able to get your logo on our banner and we have a little less than 5 weeks till the conference.  I was hoping that you could put something between $500-$1000 for a sponsorship level.  What do you think?  Can you help?  I am probably going to bug John Hawley as well.  I think this conference would be beneficial to all of you.
