I feel the need to reply to this, as it would be terribly ironic if nobody
did, but unfortunately I'm not in a position to bring in code. The best way
to get your code in is by making a bug report (as you have for the latter
three), followed by pinging on the list to get people's attention (as you're
doing now). Unfortunately, it may take a few rounds of pings for it to hit
when someone who can process it has the time to do so. Don't lose hope;
everything gets in eventually :) Also, making sure your patches continue to
apply against the latest git (HEAD), and generating your patches using "git
format-patch" will make it quick and painless for someone to pull in the code
(using "git am") and improve the odds of it happening sooner rather than
later.
