Kupfer devs: Slow install with Waf 1.6

Hi,

With Waf 1.6 the ./waf install  step is much slower at the moment
because it compiles all the .pyc files each time and it can be boring
if you ./waf install with Kupfer a lot. The bug has been reported &
fixed but until the next verison comes out, here is a SVN build of waf
1.6:

(Not a needed upgrade, only if you think it's slow)
