Release c17 imminent, translate "welcome phrase"

Hi Kupfer users and contributors

Release c17 is imminent with 8 new plugins contributed by awesome
Karol and awesome but smaller-scale Francesco  ;-)

Kupfer will try to be more friendly this release,  and will welcome
the user with "Type to search Catalog" when it starts, so that the
user understands Kupfer is immediaitely at its service.

Later, release c18 will be a bugfixes and translations release, but we
won't give long time for translators to fix translations for c17. I
think that given the very very few users that use Kupfer from the git
repository directly, we must release often to get testing.

However, if you want to help make c17 extra nice, there is one
important string to translate in Kupfer:

If you want to translate this quickly for c17, you can download the
updated translation file for your language at
http://l10n.gnome.org/module/kupfer/  or you can even contribute the
string here on the mailing list.

We will release c17 in two days from now.
