[guadec-local] Venue for BoFs



Hi there,

Curious where we stand with regards to the BoFs. Here are a few questions:

- how many rooms do we have? How many people per room?
- how will the WiFi work? Is it one password for everyone? How do we
get this password?
- when can we enter the venue? When do we need to leave?

Since we have a limited number of rooms, it's time to check the list of BoFs:

Here's how I think we should approach this:

1. Send a last call for BoFs to guadec-list and foundation-list. We
should have a deadline, like Jul 17 or something.
2. Accommodate people in a first come, first served basis.
3. Check if the organizers of the BoFs we didn't manage to accommodate
are willing to do their events on the 12th.
4. Those who are unable to host their events on the 12th are welcome
to see if other organizers are willing to switch. I don't think we
should moderate these discussions though.

Oliver, since you've been working on this already, can you take
ownership of this task? Of course, anyone who wants to help or do it
themselves is welcome to.
