To be clear, it's 5% + we pay all banking fees? or does it include all

In both cases, it is relatively reasonable as far as these things go,
but still costly if one considers how much the total will come to
(probably around $700-1500). I would be interested to see how this
will fit into the budget. It would be nice to see at least a rough
outline on the wiki. Let me know if you need any help with it!
