[guadec-local] Heralding: gifts for the speakers

Hi all,

The organisers have arranged a small gift for each speaker. After the
speaker has finished their talk, please send them to the registration
desk for them to pick it up.

I'll chase down the speakers from this morning and let them know that
they have gifts, so you only have to worry about notifying the speakers
from this afternoon onwards.

Also, a slight revision to the instructions: it's not absolutely
necessary to introduce each speaker. Only do it if you feel it's needed.
