[guadec-list] Recording speakers at GUADEC



Hi team, 

How do we make sure that speakers are ok with us recording them at GUADEC? I've only spoken at GUADEC once and don't remember if there's something every speaker must agree to, but I assume there is. 

If anyone has an example of the language we use handy, it'd be awesome if you could forward it. We've been talking about a larger photo policy for events and I'd love to see examples of other places where we address similar topics.
