Hi,

Some questions about the status of venue for BoFs/hackfests at IT
University (Chalmers).

      * BoFs: we will probably use different small locations across the
        city. There's a chance we might be able to work it out with the
        IT University. Oliver is in touch with them.
              * For the IT University, we need to find a professor at
                Chalmers or Göteborg University that would be willing to
                attend and supervise the conference.
                      * ACTION: Chris to talk with Hendrik Sandclef and
                        see if he would be willing to help.
                      * ACTION: Oliver to send details to Chris so he
                        can get in touch with Hendrik.

      * Our alternatives for a venue are:

              * Chalmers Technical University - The regular rent for
                Chalmers is really high and out of questions for GUADEC.
                However, Kalev has a contact there who might be able to
                lend us the halls for free. ACTION: Kalev will try to
                get in touch with them next week. 

It happens I know a prof that works in Chalmers. I can talk with him
and/or help to introduce him with any of the locals.  I do not know his
schedule for August, so it might or might not work.

Anyhow, before asking him I would like to know what is the overall
status (did we get a notice that we could something for free?, some
rooms? a hall?), what would we like to have? Requirements (# of rooms,
hours, etc?)?
