Hmm I asked around, there doesn't seem to be many people arriving at the time and location I am looking for.

So, Debarshi and Meg, I understand my journey will be something like this...

Prague airport alight  - walk outside 10 mins to student agency bus stop
take bus to florenc prague - take bus to grand hotel , brno
from grand hotel brno - take bus to jana babaka taufer dormitory, brno

and Debarshi, So I take tram 12 from grant hotel brno to taufer dormitory?

Yes. Take tram no. 12 (going towards Technologicky Park) from Hlavni Nadrazi,
and get down at Tererova.
