For hackfests we have had a wiki so travelers could meet up and travel together. Maybe you should start one, Sindhu, if you are interested in finding fellow GNOMErs to travel with :)

Yes. Take tram no. 12 (going towards Technologicky Park) from Hlavni Nadrazi,
and get down at Tererova.
