[guadec-list] panel discussions?

Hi,

One format we have not done very much in past guadecs is the panel
discussion.  Frankly I get a bit bored with so many talks; panel
discussions can liven things up.  Last year's contributor agreement
panel was OK, but it was so tightly controlled it wasn't much fun.

For example:

  GNOME and the Web

  "GNOME OS"

  Challenges in the next year

So, what do folks think about panel discussions?

Some of the accepted talks could be reworked into panel discussions, if
we want to do this, and there is no room :)
