However, people who gets accommodation sponsorship understand they will go to the cheapest place found by the organizers. That is the way it was managed in Birmingham, Vilanova, Sttutgart and Kristiansand. I'm not sure about Seville (IIRC). And, it is not unrealistic from an organizer point of view, because that costs are under their control. The more costs you can control as organizer, the better, because you can manage your budget. If some (sponsored and confirmed) people knows where they will to stay, I *believe* it is just a matter of time.
