OK that looks great.

We're not planning on streaming any talks except perhaps the keynotes - I'd rather we got some volunteers to focus on making good recordings of each seesion, then transcoding and uploading for people to browse easily some time (2 months?) after GUADEC.

We've got a meeting on the 2nd June at the venue for planning and we can look for network points, however I won't know what we might be able to use until I speak some with the IT / operations guys there. Also we'll try to get rough dimensions.

Yes - let me know who (presumably you'll be here 14th - 22nd?)
> * Do you have money for buying material ?
Yes we have some budget - I'd have to ask Thomas for an exact figure. Hopefully we won't need 22 WRT54G's this year as the venue is less spread out.

You can pdf floor plan here: http://www.devel.co.uk/files/GFP.pdf - note that this is not to scale or proportion. To me the main areas that need wifi are the Foyer and main corridor down past the cloak room, bar, coffe bar and seating area (the circles with drop shadows) and the Arena Foyer. If we can also do ABH, Recital Hall and New Lecture Theatre that would be great.
