Breakdown of timeing
OpenAdvantage -> University of Brighton (2 hours)
Transcoding (~1 hour) [guess]
Transcoding box -> Web server (1 hour)
It should be faster, but it's not. Nor do I have much disk space on the
Web server for distribution...
