Hi all,

I had not reported what's going on lately & that may have caused you to get worried on the printed program status. 

Here's the list that we agreed on:

Table of content
Sponsor's  list & ads
A few words from the conference coordinator
The schedule including: Warm up Weekend (GUADEC-ES and GUADEC-CA) , Core, After Hours, Sessions
GUADEC Party! :>
Keynoters (Abstract, Biography and Interview )
Summaries/abstracts of the talks + Bio/photo of speakers
List of professional participants
Basic list of addresses and phone numbers
A brief and basic English - Catalan - Spanish dictionary
Sudoku

We have it all ready except:
- List of professional participants
- Basic list of addresses and phone numbers
- A few words from the conference coordinator
- Keynoters (Abstract, Biography and Interview )


Quim has sent a post here

I will send the 'Basic list of addresses and phone numbers' by tomorrow.

Quim will give us the foreword by May 23rd (tomorrow)

I have sent a mail to the keynoters 3 weeks ago, defining everything & asking them to fill out the information (Abstract, Biography and Interview) & give me the answer by May 23rd. I hope they do it tomorrow. But if the didn't I will gather up some short words/links myself.

Behnam is working on the page's design. he will decide himself if he needs help.

I will now forward all the English material to Shaun for edition.
