Waiting for tavon's design, by now I've evolved the formerly called
Betatest! block. Now it's a "You can..." block in all pages where at
least the main actions are listed and reachable in a single click.

The list of presentations submitted is missing though because I have no
clue about PHP.

Follow this bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=335256 and
thanks to juanjo for pushing me live at #guadec in order to make the
call for participation more visible.

Tavon, can you give a deadline for your main fixes?
