Well, you're not the only responsible, I personaly assumed we'd have access
to UPC machines.

There are computer in every room so I assumed we would be allowed to use
them but their presence during the event is not clear. And they'll probably
charge for using them. So we'd be better buying them, it would be cheaper.
I think Andy proposition is quite interesting as they would be useful to
the GNOME project later anyway.
